AI is extremely useful when it comes to stitching so many photos.
Starlings and the moon. More AI – In camera multiple exposure.
AI reads exposure values and evens them out in camera.

I didn’t understand what you did with AI but the resulting image of the birds and the moon is very nice.

Thanks. Stitching used to require manually stacking photo layers then removing some data, blending exposure differences etc. Similarly, multiple exposure pieces came with their own issues.
Computers and their software apps employ data analysis processes that allow the computer to perform these tasks more quickly and precisely. It isn’t new “AI” as we now refer to it. My observation is that allowing/asking the computer to make the final image is use of AI.
