Sprites and pixies?

Hummers are indeed very much like sprites and pixies and as elusive. I’m just grateful when I can get an image of them on camera.

I’d like to think this one has become friendly. It will hover close…to within 6 feet. More likely, it’s just hungry and its food source is in my vicinity. When they are on the hunt for gnats, it is near impossible to predict their moves.
